We are owing Goodluck Jonathan Money– Presidency

The Presidency yesterday explained why former Presidents have not received their allowances for the third quarter of the year, saying remittances have not been made by the Ministry of Finance to the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.
Senior Special Assistant (Media and Publicity), MallamGarba Shehu gave the explanation while reacting to allegations by some demonstrators in Bayelsa State Thursday who claimed that allowances due to former President Goodluck Jonathan have been stopped.
Shehu also said allegation that the bank accounts of the former first family were frozen, is ‘patently untrue.”
