Honda recalls 350,000 2016 Civics for brake defect

Honda is recalling 350,083 of its new 2016 Civics because the electric parking brake may not engage when the engine is turned off, leading to the possibility that the car could roll away and crash.
It's not uncommon for new models to be recalled, but the pullback doesn't help the redesigned Civic, which has been a sales hit in an otherwise slow compact-car market.
The recall covers Civics with both the 1.5-liter turbo and 2-liter engines.
